Tip: Cloud sending can add an "unsubscribe" link at the bottom. For a 100% link-free email, switch that footer off on the Email Rotation page — the "reply unsubscribe" line still keeps you safe.

🪜 Sequence (up to 6 steps)
After the first email, each step happens only if they have not replied. Email steps go out by themselves, as a reply in the same thread. 📞 Call and 💬 WhatsApp steps become a task for you (nothing is sent by itself) — you get a reminder.
Out-of-office auto replies don't stop the sequence — the next step simply waits until they are back. Before each follow-up the address is checked again (bounced before? domain gone?).
